Ken Rouse, Owner Attorney at Law krouse@affiliatedtitleservices.com Ken was admitted to the Florida State Board of Accountancy in 1968, and the Florida Bar in 1972. From 1985 to 1987, he worked as the Senior Attorney for the Florida Bureau of Land Acquisition and also worked as the Assistant Director for the Division of State Lands. Ken was responsible for all contract reviews and real estate closings for properties purchased by the State of Florida. Ken also served as Staff Director to the Florida Senate Republican office, General Counsel to the Florida Department of State, and Attorney for the Division of Historic Preservation.
